I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

Shailesh MADKAIKAR
HI I'm Shailesh, and here is my story. I'm fortunate to run a business in an industry that I'm truly passionate about, Continuous Self-Improvement.
My wife and I, we are of Indian origin, and our lovely family is complete with 2 beautiful daughters.
I grew up in this country of 130 billion people where knowledge is highly respected, education is the prime driver and one needs to have a strong self-belief to succeed in a vast pool of talent. Over the years, I kept improving myself, learning new things as my career took me and my family across multiple continents, from Asia to Europe and now to North America.
Through our moves from one city to another, first in India and then to Paris, Dublin and finally to Toronto, we met a lot of people, made a number good friendships and most importantly developed enormously within!!!
As we settled down in Canada, we were looking for an option that would allow us to work on our terms, something that will help us use what we have learned through our journey of life and a business that would allow us keep meeting new people, making new friendships. And with this desire we started this business, to contribute, give back, while earning enough for ourselves.
I'm passionate about working with motivated individuals, who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives. You don't have to move places the way we have done. Most of the people I work with are grounded in one spot most of the time, but they all have one thing in common.
